Cancellation Policy

Lash Appointment Policy To book your lash appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Please read before booking: The $25 deposit is non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits are transferable one time only if you reschedule with at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will result in loss of your deposit. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
